Citizens Advice St. Helens

V is a single person living in rented accommodation. V's main source of income is Universal Credit. V is in recovery as she is alcohol dependent. She currently doesn't have a washing machine in her property and is having to use her friend's. V wants to distance herself from her friendships due to her addiction but is finding it hard as she does not have everything she needs in her own property. V is struggling to save up after all her bills are paid.
