This lady has frequent epileptic seizures and mental health problems of her own, following the loss of her daughter to suicide. After a period of homelessness she is receiving support from and number of agencies and has moved into supported accommodation. This has concrete floors and poses a risk to the lady, she has already broken both arms in falls. She requires carpets to help keep her safe in her own home.

This single mum has escaped from domestic abuse, but is now putting her life back together with her two children. She is working and starting a PHD course shortly. She requires new clothes to present properly for her job and university course, giving her a fresh start in life.
