A has recently moved into his own accommodation after moving from his mum's home where he was her carer and received carer allowance, which has now stopped. He has no income at present due to Universal Credit taking five weeks before a payment comes through. He has visited our foodbank and while chatting we became aware that he needs some carpeting in his flat.
