My client struggles with anxiety and depression due to physical abuse by their step dad, an almost fatal stabbing and recent relationship breakdown. He is determined to stick to his debt management plan. Recently, he has started to leave his flat to come to meals and social gatherings at church including Sunday services. He has shared about his traumas with me, allowed me to pray for him and is starting to look at fresh starts; name changed back to birth name; now to overcome isolation. The TV will help him relax at home and overcome being alone most of the time.
