St. Vincent de Paul - Our Lady of Lourdes, Yardley Wood

This family of five are in temporary housing experiencing financial hardship. They have three children including a 13 month old. Their fridge freezer has broken, leaving them unable to safely store food and drink. They also need a pushchair to take the baby with them whilst getting the older children to school. The parents are learning English to gain work but currently rely on benefits.Your donation would help meet these basic needs and support stability.

We are supporting a single expectant mother, due in July. She is currently living in shared accommodation and has limited income and no essential equipment for her baby beyond a donated cot. She urgently requires basic items including a baby bath, washing machine and a clothes airer. Without these she would struggle to meet her babies basic care needs. Any support would make a significant difference to her and her child’s well-being.
