Hope Community Wolverhampton
Hope aims to relieve the needs of people disadvantaged by reasons of youth, age, ill health, disability or other disadvantages. We offer women, the elderly, children, young people and families a variety of intervention support programmes to help reduce social isolation, raise aspirations and increase understanding between generations, different nationalities and cultures to improve family and community relationships. Hope works to build an integrated community, reduce social isolation, raise aspirations, strengthen family relationships and help people feel they are valued members of society.

Current needs
R is a mother of three children and relies on Universal Credit to support her family. Her washing machine has recently broken down, and she cannot afford to replace it. This has become an urgent situation as one of her children suffers from incontinence, requiring daily washing of clothes and bedding. R is struggling to cope without a washing machine and is becoming increasingly distressed trying to meet her child's basic needs. A new washing machine would be life changing for her family.
