B is a single mum who has had a difficult time over the past two years and with the help from social services is getting her life back together. She works part time, fitting her job around childcare. She has very little support; her daughter’s father passed away in tragic circumstances and her son’s father offers no support either financially or practically. Her sofa is not fit for purpose and her microwave has broken and she would be very grateful for help in buying new ones. Thank you.
