Citizens Advice North Somerset

My client is currently homeless and has lost the majority of his belongings in the process. It is not his fault that he became homeless, and he is trying to keep a positive attitude about getting back on his feet, but it is really hard, especially now we are in winter. My client really needs a smart phone so that he cannot only make and receive calls, but can access the internet using public Wi-Fi so he can find the help he needs. Please can you help him get a mobile phone, so he can begin to start over?
