Support and Action for Women’s Network (SAWN)

G has just moved to the area after fleeing domestic violence and is being supported by the local Domestic Violence team. After moving between hotels, she has now been offered a home which came unfurnished. Although she has received most essential household items from her support team, she's in need of a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for her bedroom which will help create a stable living environment, and support her in settling into the community so she can focus on finding work and rebuilding her life.

D is married with a 21‑month‑old baby. The family has been living in temporary accommodation and has now been offered a permanent home. They receive Universal Credit and are actively looking for work. They have some household items but still need a sofa, shelves, and a chest of drawers to make their home comfortable and safe for their child. Your support will be highly appreciated.
