St. Vincent de Paul- Our Lady of Christian and St Helens

This gentleman is a veteran who, having served his country, experienced difficulties and became homeless. He has reached out and is now housed. He is in receipt of benefits but has no savings and not able to fully furnish his home. You have already provided a fridge freezer and he is very grateful. He has no garden and is struggling to keep up with drying the laundry. He cannot afford to go out and with no TV has limited recreational opportunities. We would like to offer a tumble dryer and a TV.

This lady and her family, including two older children and four young children, fled Domestic Violence and were unable to take anything with them. She has already endured immense challenges and her mental health has suffered. The family are now privately renting but have no savings and have no beds. You have already kindly provided beds for the children and they now get a good night’s sleep. This lady is sleeping on the floor and this is further impacting her mental health. We would like to offer a bed and mattress.
