X's house is heated by oil by a storage tank that is nearly empty. She has worked hard to save over the months to get ready for an order but the price keeps rising She has saved £300 and at the moment has a shortfall of £260. As she is a carer for her dad and her only income is Universal Credit and carers allowance her budget is extremely tight. Please could I request £200 to help towards getting a delivery of the minimum amount of oil you can buy so that X can heat her house and have hot water.
