A has £300 arrears because his Universal credit was sanctioned. A has a payment plan to gradually pay the arrears. A works part time and studies part time, aiming to improve his future opportunities. £200 would allow A to move out of shared accommodation and into more suitable secure, stable home where he can live more independently.
