St Vincent De Paul, St Thomas' Canterbury

St Vincent De Paul (SVP) is a national and local charity (svp.org.uk). Our group (known as a Conference) is based at St Thomas' Roman Catholic Church in Canterbury. We are a befriending organisation offering practical support in various ways depending on our resources. We offer short term financial support when we can. We receive referrals from individuals and local statutory and charitable agencies. Often we help people with the purchase of white goods and other essentials. We also give out supermarket vouchers.
