With no savings, they arranged burial payments and missed a council tax bill and their television licence due to stress, leading to urgent GP support.

My supported person's tumble dryer broke this week. They lost their partner of twenty six years to suicide in December 2025 and has been struggling deeply since. They only receive basic Universal Credit and Carer’s Allowance, can barely cover essentials and are already behind on rent and utility bills.
