Glasgow City Mission

S is a refugee who has been engaging with our support services for about a year. He volunteers for us as a barber, providing free haircuts for many of our guests experiencing homelessness, poverty and addiction. S looks forward to working in the future, but he is studying now to improve his English. He has recently been given a social rental flat after a period of homelessness, and is struggling to furnish it. S would love to be able to lay carpets in his new home to keep it warm.
