Glasgow City Mission

We first got to know A through our overnight welcome centre a couple of years ago, when he was homeless. He has recently been given a tenancy and we’re keen to help him as he does it up. He has shown great initiative and sourced many items of furniture himself. It would be great for him to have a living room carpet to help with dampening the noise of his floors, increase warmth levels and improve the sense of homeliness in his new flat. Any help offered would be a great blessing to him.

We have known Y well for the last couple of years as a guest of our service. He has regularly used our food drop-ins and laundry services, as he was sleeping rough for over a year. We have helped him with medical issues and clothing too. Y finally has a new small flat he has moved into and we would love to bless him with a carpet for his bedroom as he seeks to settle in and begin to look for employment.
