I and B are parents of two lovely children, aged 2 months and 3 years old. They are refugees who were recently granted status and, with that, also evicted from where they currently live. They are in need of a phone as they are sharing just one and trying to handle all the paperwork and online forms, and taking care of children which is difficult with one phone, as they have to be in different places at the same time, and need to translate too.
