W is the mother of a delightful 2 year old girl. As a result of domestic violence she and her daughter were removed from her partner's flat by social services. They moved in with W's grandparents temporarily but have now been given a council flat. However this flat is completely empty and they are in need of a washing machine and fridge, in particular. We would like to buy these for them reconditioned which we can do from a local charity.

D is a young refugee from Eritrea. She came to the UK alone when she was not even 18 having fled her home country in fear for her life. Her father was in the military and as a result of his service she was threatened. She has changed size since she came to the UK and the clothes she fled with no longer fit. She is in need of clothes, underwear, shoes and toiletries. We would like to buy these for her.
