Ashford Town Parish

L is an asylum seeker from Iraq who fled with her husband, M, in fear of their lives, once it was discovered that she was pregnant before marriage. The families did not approve of the union and L and M's lives were threatened. They now live in an asylum hotel and receive less than £9 per week each. L gave birth to a baby boy two weeks ago and is in need of a pram, a car seat, a baby bath, clothing and toiletries for their new baby. L is also in need of some new clothes.
