Lodge Road Community Church

A is a long time serving volunteer at our drop in centre, which he attends every day, and regularly helps front of house in our community cafe. He has mobility issues which requires him to use an electric scooter and he receives Universal Credit. He lives in supported accommodation for over 55s but is very independent. Unfortunately his fridge-freezer has broken and he would be very grateful for any donations that would help him replace it.

S is currently employed by our local charity on a part-time basis with her low income topped up by Universal Credit. She is mum to a young family of three children. Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago, her cooker stopped working and she's struggling to keep on top of supplying hot meals for her family. Any donations towards a replacement cooker would really help her at this time, as she desperately wants to cook for her family again but currently doesn't have the spare income herself.
