J and his partner and two children have just been given the keys to a home after staying with family members, this is a new start for this lovely family. J works, but is on minimum wage, his partner is unable to work due to having a new baby. Once the bills and rent have been paid there is very little left for household items. Having two children means the washing is piling up and there is no local launderette. J and his partner have no way of washing and are trying to hand wash, please can you help?

Our client and his partner have just moved into a new home after spending months staying with different family members. They are both very excited to finally have their own place. The downside is they have very little to go in the property, and with no money left after paying the bills and rent, they have no way of affording to buy large items. They are in desperate need of a fridge freezer as they have a young child and a baby and have nowhere to store food. They will be so grateful for any help.

We are supporting our client with debt advice after the bank discovered he has been having his money transferred to another account by fraud. They are unsure who is doing this and the police are now involved. This has left J who is very vulnerable without any money at all until he gets his benefits at the end of the month. While we were talking to him, he told us he is sleeping in his armchair as his bed is old and broken. He has not slept in a bed for months. Please could you help? Thank you!

Our client has lived with her friend for over ten years. They have always shared the bills but sadly her friend has passed away. L can no longer live in the house as her friend's children have inherited the house and are evicting her. Whilst she has been waiting to move she has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.
