Current needs
Our client has recently lost his job, he is trying to find another one but in the meantime he has had to apply for benefits. His wife has no recourse to public funds and this means money is very tight for them. They had a baby boy recently and also have another young child. R and his wife are using food banks and R often goes without food so there is enough for his family. R`s bed has broken and he and his wife are sleeping on the sofa as they have no money to replace the bed. Please can you help!

Total needed £200K is fifty six and has spent a lot of her life homeless due to addictions which took over her life. She has now been clean for three years and was living in temporary accommodation, but now she has been given the keys to a one bedroom flat and she is loving life. Although the flat is empty she told me she has never been happier. K has been buying small items and her sister has kindly given her some larger items but K is desperate for a cooker but she cannot afford one as she relies on benefits.

Total needed £200K has been given the keys to her first ever home at age fifty six, she has been homeless and sleeping on the streets for a long time, but now she is free from her addictions and she has totally changed her life around. K is having to rely on benefits but she is hoping to get a little part time job. K has very little in the flat and she is sitting on the floor, she told me she would be so excited to finally sit on a sofa in her flat with a brew for the first time in her life. Total needed £200Our client sadly had a breakdown last year after she lost a family member to cancer, she just could not cope, this was her last family member and she feels so alone, she tried to take her own life and was sectioned. Whilst she was in hospital she got rats in her home and they had a nest in her mattress. She was ashamed to tell me this, the council removed her bed and got rid of the rats, but she has been sleeping on her sofa as she cannot afford to replace the bed. Please can you help, thank you!
