S is 65 and lives alone, she suffers severe bipolar, and is unable to work. S lived with her mum all her life until her mum sadly passed away in 2023. Not long after, the house set on fire and S lost everything as she was not insured, as she did not understand what insurance was. She is now more settled in a private rented flat, and this takes up a lot of her money on rent. S has been buying items for her home from charity shops, but cannot afford to buy a washing machine. Please can you help?
