S is thirty one years of age and lives with his partner and four children. They recently found out they are expecting another baby which is due in early May. This is a unexpected surprise for them and they are very happy to welcome the new addition to the family. After they had the last baby, they thought the family was complete and gave away the baby items to a charity supporting new mums. S has recently lost his job and the family are surviving on benefits. Mum is feeling very isolated, as she can barely leave the house, due to being with her son 24/7 because of his behaviour. Recently, N reached out to different charities for help and has been referred to us. During a visit, she told us that her son`s bed and bedding is badly soiled. Mum has no way of replacing the bed, as there is no money left out of the benefits, once all the bills have been paid. Please could you help?
