J has custody of her grandchild due to her daughter having issues with drugs, J took on her grandchild, but gets no financial support for her except child benefit. We are supporting her with debt advice and we will be able to write off the debts that she has leaving her with a little extra money each month, but sadly this will not be enough to replace her grandchild's broken bed, her grandchild is sleeping in her bed and J is sleeping on the sofa. J has to rely on benefits.

Z is sixty six and has had to retire from work due to ill health, he was a self employed taxi driver for many years and he loved his job. Z is married but his wife is unable to work, they now rely on his state pension and a little extra from Universal Credit, after they have paid the rent and bills there is very little left. If anything breaks in the house they cannot afford to replace it. The fridge freezer has been broken for some time and they really struggle to store fresh food. Thank you!

We are supporting J with debt advice, last year due to work related stress she had to leave her job and this put her into financial hardship, she is single and has custody of her your grandchild. J is now only receiving Universal Credit and child benefit, this along with the stress from her job has caused her to suffer with her mental health and her confidence is at rock bottom. J has been trying to pay off her debts little by little but this left no money for food or to top up her meters.

As a result of his personal circumstances, M has experienced significant financial hardship. He has had to sell many of his belongings to afford food and heat his home and has, at times, gone for weeks without heating and struggled to afford adequate food. M relies on benefits and we are supporting him with debt advice as he is terrified the bailiffs will come to his door demanding money he hasn't got, all this is effecting M`s mental health. Please could you help him, he will be so grateful!

We are supporting D with debt advice since she had her benefits sanctioned and they were stopped when she had her phone stolen and could not respond to messages on her Universal Credit journal. D then had no money and got behind with her rent. D has very few possessions in her flat as she cannot afford to buy things and she has not had a working cooker for over two years, she has been using a microwave that does not heat food efficiently. D will be so grateful for any help you could give.Thank you
