M has been coming to the foodbank this summer. Her husband had a bad bike accident requiring lengthy treatment, is struggling physically and is out of work at present, severely impacting his mental health. They have been moved here by the authorities recently and have just been informed of her daughter's new primary school. This is too late for the second-hand uniform shop, and M has no money or financial help for uniform. The contents of the flat is minimal, and so they are already in debt.
