This request is for a single mum who fled an abusive relationship with her daughter, aged 7. Unable to work due to Fibromyalgia, she relies on Universal Credit and Statutory Sick Pay while awaiting a Personal Independence Payment decision. Swimming helps manage her pain and gives her precious time with her daughter, but they can no longer afford it. We seek £200 towards an annual swimming membership, with the remaining cost funded by a local SVP Conference, supporting their health, well-being and recovery.
