K receives a state pension and disability benefits. Her daughter in law has run up parking fines on a car held in K’s name, but cannot be persuaded to repay her. K recently had a kitchen fire which did considerable damage. K has successfully applied for funding for a new cooker from the local council’s crisis fund. But she still needs to replace certain items that were damaged in the fire. Now her fridge-freezer is leaking. Please could you help her get a new one?
