Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
J suffers with depression and a severe medical condition, which has led him to struggle with his finances. Unfortunately, several of his white goods have gone wrong recently including his fridge and he is extremely worried because his medication has to be stored in there. Any funds to go towards a new fridge for him would be most appreciated.
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200Our beneficiary is a young man who previously worked, but has in recent years experienced difficulties in his mental wellbeing. He is agoraphobic, suffers panic attacks, has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), anxiety and depression. He has incurred debt, that he is attempting to pay off with what income he has from Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payment. We aim to help our beneficiary in paying off his current energy costs to enable him to escape his cycle of debt. Please can you help?
