Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

V is an extremally vulnerable lady who suffered a life changing brain injury due to domestic violence, which has also left her suffering from PTSD, anxiety and depression, and she is unable to leave the house. As such, V is on a very low income. Her bedroom carpet is threadbare, and her wardrobe is so badly damaged that it is not fit for purpose. V is a lovely lady who is hoping to lead a normal life one day and strives for that every day. With our help, we are hoping for a very happy ending to V`s story.

Total needed £150K is a single mother who is living in rented accommodation and currently claiming Universal Credit and Child Benefit. Her partner broke into her house two weeks ago and damaged almost everything in her property, so K is now seeking help to replace some of these items. Fortunately, he was arrested, but there is no way to claim anything from him to recover it all. K needs your help with a bed frame, as a first step, so she can actually get some sleep. She will be getting help for other items from other charities.
