A has suffered domestic violence and is now on her own, caring for her four children. A dishwasher might seem like a luxury, but with the size of the household, it can both save time and ease the emotional stress that goes with trying to cope with a frightening situation. The cost of repairing A's existing dishwasher makes it more sensible to find a replacement. A says that to have a working unit again would be a great relief.

Total needed £200My client, who is receiving counselling and practical support from the Sue Lambert Trust, has physical health needs which prevent her from being able to use a bath. Her shower has broken so she is struggling to find an alternative to keep clean, which she is finding very distressing. We have sourced a tap attached, long cord shower set and some slip mats to keep her safe. This would mean my client retains her independence and her dignity. Any support with this would be gratefully received.
