Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
M is in arrears for electricity, gas and Council Tax. She is struggling to keep on top of her bills, but is managing. However, her washing machine has stopped working and is beyond repair. A replacement would make a big difference to M, due to the convenience it would offer.
Still £140 left to donate
Total needed £150H is a single mum who came to England a while ago for her daughter's education. Mum is self-employed, but only able to work twenty six hours a week, as she has to look after her daughter, and is struggling to make ends meet. H's fridge has broken down and she can't afford to repair it, which means she can't keep fresh food safely and is struggling to eat healthily or affordably. Your support to replace the fridge would be greatly appreciated.
Still £115 left to donate
