Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
M is a single mum who suffers with severe anxiety and depression, due to being a victim of domestic abuse. She also suffers from asthma, fatigue, insomnia, migraine and has neck and back issues. M has had to reduce her working hours, due to her health, and is struggling with debt. She has reached out to Citizens Advice Bureau and they are helping to provide advice regarding her debts. Please would you consider supporting this family with some funds towards food and essentials whilst they receive help? Thank you.
Still £50 left to donate
Total needed £120K is a single lady with multiple health problems and as a result she is on long term sick leave and cannot work. As such she is only in receipt of benefits, and is struggling to buy food once all her household bills are paid. K is hoping her benefits will be increased after a review, which is due shortly, but until then she would appreciate a voucher to tide her over, enabling her to buy food and essentials and not worry where her next meal is coming from.
Still £100 left to donate
