Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

M, who suffers with anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), has a history of self-harm. He has recently spent three months in rehabilitation and, on leaving, was placed in shared accommodation which is not helping his mental health. M has barely any possessions and is in need of essentials and clothing. He has been receiving help to appeal against Universal Credit, due to their error, and there have been long delays with payments. Please would you consider supporting this gentlemen with some funds towards food and clothing? Thank you.
Still £120 left to donate
Total needed £120This gentleman recently moved into temporary accommodation and is being helped to look for a permanent home. He is waiting for benefits to catch up, so is struggling to make ends meet. His old mobile phone is not capable of being used to communicate with the benefits service, and he has a water bill he can't meet. This gentleman's clothes are all too large for him, as he lost a great deal of weight when homeless. Please can you help him?
