Total needed £200This client came to us after a change of circumstances at home. Her partner moved in and she was informed that this would not affect her upcoming payment. However, when she checked her Universal Credit account, there was a message in her journal stating that there would be a delay. The client was expecting over £1,000 to pay for rent, bills and food expenses for her and her children, but now has to wait three weeks before anything is available. This support will help with urgent food provisions and bills.

Total needed £200P is a lady in her fifties who is living alone. She has recently left work, due to worsening epileptic seizures and mental health struggles. P has been without a cooker for a year and is unable to self fund, due to a delay in her benefits being assessed. She has been surviving on microwave meals, but is worried her unhealthy diet will effect her pre-existing medial conditions. The cost of these ready meals has meant that P has been choosing between eating and heating her home.
