Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
We have been supporting this young man for nearly a year who has been living in a homeless hostel. He used to write, act, and dance but unfortunately has not had the opportunity in a long time. We have managed to secure him a bursary place with a local theatre to access their drama and creative writing groups but it requires a bus journey for him to get there. He has been struggling with his mental health and he hopes that this will be a really positive step forward.
Still £100 left to donate
Total needed £100N has worked with Christians Against Poverty to sort his debts and is now debt free. He has been living in supported accommodation, having turned his life around, following a life of addiction. N has been sober and clean for nearly four years now. It's time for a new start, and the chance to move into a flat and live independently has presented itself. N will be able to have his two boys to stay with him for the first time in years. We want to help him make a good start on his own. Please can you help with his moving costs?
