Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
J is a mum of four children, including a baby. The family are living in a property which is not suitable for their needs. The eldest daughter has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and mum is unable to work because of this. She struggles with low mood and finds it difficult to keep the home clean. The family's hoover recently stopped working and a replacement will help J to provide her family with a clean home, and help her feel in control of her home. This will positively impact her mental wellbeing.

Total needed £100This lady is a temporary resident in a homeless crisis centre and, just before going there, she had all her clothing and personal items stolen. She has to borrow clothing from acquaintances in her temporary residence and finds this highly embarrassing, and worries about hygiene. This lady would feel so much better, emotionally and mentally, to have a full set of decent clothes, which would stop her being reliant on strangers. Can you help her please?
