£0 remaining for emergency accommodation
P fled domestic abuse in the South of England and arrived in Blackpool this week. His partner had attempted to empty his bank account, which has now been frozen by the police. Without a bank account, and having recently travelled to Blackpool, P is unable to access housing, so has been forced to sleep rough. We would like to house him for six days, by which time his new bank account will be in place and his Universal Credit payment will arrive, enabling him to organise housing for himself.
This lady has two small children and has had to leave the family home, due to domestic abuse. She fled and was unable to bring her belongings. The family are now living in a safe house, but are in need of blinds. There is a window in the living room and both bedrooms have two windows each. This will help them feel more secure in their home. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
