£0 remaining for garden clearance and hedge cutting
Our client, who is unemployed and receiving Employment and Support Allowance, has several health issues, including fibromyalgia, which limits their ability to work. Consequently, their garden is becoming overgrown and requires the help of a capable person to return it to a manageable condition. The work to be undertaken is to clear the large rear garden, cut back the hedges and remove all waste.
This lady suffers with anxiety and depression and has been poorly with pneumonia, a result of living in a very damp home. She has been moved to a new home, but has used all her money to purchase pre-loved furniture and white goods, due to everything she owned being fusty. This lady is sleeping on a very old mattress with springs poking through. She is on Universal Credit and Employment and Support Allowance, as she cannot work, due to poor health. Please can you help this lady? Thank you
Our client has had debilitating epilepsy and also back and limb pain for several years. They suffer from anxiety, due to the risk of seizures which they experience daily. Our client also has kidney failure and has had heart attacks which have left them fatigued. They rely on carers to help them with cooking, general household tasks and looking after their child. Our client's existing bed and mattress are low, old and difficult to get in and out of. A higher one would lower the stress on their back.
