J has been unable to manage her financial situation for sometime and has fallen behind with payments towards her bills. She suffers from severe mental health problems and has had to live with family to help her care for her baby. She is seeking a Debt Relief Order, as this will clear her debts and assist with her poor mental health. J is struggling to meet the full amount of the fee, but has paid 50% towards the fee.
W, who is a dad to two young children, has worked all of his life in various jobs, sometimes holding down two jobs. He found himself out of work, due to Covid-19, and turned to illegal activity to prevent him from getting into debt. W finished his sentence earlier this year and moved to a new area to start afresh, but lost his right to work documents. He is eager to get back into work and put this difficult period behind him, but has no money to pay for the ID. Please can you help W?
S has been out of work for over a year after his last job ended, due to a disagreement with his boss. Prior to this, he had had a thirty year career which ended with convictions, due to addiction, and he has since been struggling to get into work. Sadly, in the last year S has also lost his right to work documents and so cannot start work without them. With our support, we are confident we can support him back into work.
