Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

Due to unforeseen health complications, E, a mum of two children, has been dismissed from her employer unexpectedly, which has left her in a financial crisis. She has reached out to the Client Hardship Service; however, they were not in a position to support her, due to outstanding debt. Your support with this Council Tax debt will positively impact E's mental health and wellbeing, and aid recovery from this financial crisis. It will also then enable access to other financial support. Thank you!
Still £175 left to donate
Total needed £200We are supporting this young man who has recently had to separate from his wife, making him homeless. He has relocated to start again and has been given a flat with his three year old daughter. They have nothing and we would like to apply for support to enable us to provide them with bedding, plates, cooking items, a rug (as there are no carpets) and an air fryer (as there is no cooker). They have no family or friends locally, and are very anxious about the future.
