£0 remaining for car insurance
This lady is due to start a new, part time job shortly, which requires her to have a car. Her financial position is a perilous one at the moment. Due to family and work reasons, she had to leave her previous full time job. Unfortunately, she is overdrawn and her car insurance is £42 a month. Three months' premiums would enable her to start work, after which she would be able to afford the insurance herself. This new job is very important to her, for many reasons.
P has been in mental health hospital for a long period of time. Whilst there, his home was burgled and most of his possessions stolen. P is now home with support from the mental health and safeguarding teams as he is a vulnerable adult. Riviera Life Church has provided kitchen essentials and bedding but he has no fridge freezer which he is concerned about. He is unable to work and is dependent on benefits with no savings. Provision of a fridge freezer would greatly help his health and well being.
E is a single mum to two children under two years old, having been recently abandoned by the father of the children. Her cooker is very old and is irreparably broken so she desperately needs a new one to be able to provide meals for herself and the children. Mum is dependent on basic benefits and is using any spare money on transport to the local hospital, as her four month old baby requires frequent admissions. E is coping well, but anxious about not having a cooker. Any help would be gratefully received.
Our client, who is living with her disabled mother and her two children, is her mother's main carer. Our Client's cooker has just stopped working and only one of the hobs works. The cooker is very old and has now been deemed beyond repair. Mum is struggling with the cost of living expenses. Without a cooker, she has no way of cooking healthy meals for herself, her children and her mother, so would very much appreciate any support you can give to purchase a replacement. Thank you.
