R, a single mum of two children, has fled an abusive relationship. She has multiple disabilities, alongside post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression. After a period in a women's refuge, R has now been supported into a new home. Her only income is Universal Credit and she has no savings as she has spent what she had on furnishings and white goods for her house. Floor coverings would turn R's house into a home, help her mental health and give her the fresh start she is desperate for.

He received refugee status recently and has now moved into private rented accommodation. A is currently receiving Universal Credit and so has very limited funds. He is unable to make himself food, as he does not have a cooker and would greatly appreciate your generosity in enabling him to have the funds to buy himself one so he can make some homecooked meals.
