£0 remaining for supermarket vouchers
X worked for years before becoming ill earlier this year. He became homeless when his private rented Landlord needed his property back and he could not afford the increased rental costs to get another private rented property. He has now secured a Council property for himself and his two children, but cannot afford to replace the basic kitchen and bathroom items he had to leave behind when he became homeless. Supermarket vouchers would enable him to buy new. Please help if you can.
R, a single mum of two children, has fled an abusive relationship. She has multiple disabilities, alongside post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression. After a period in a women's refuge, R has now been supported into a new home. Her only income is Universal Credit and she has no savings as she has spent what she had on furnishings and white goods for her house. Floor coverings would turn R's house into a home, help her mental health and give her the fresh start she is desperate for.
This young adult in a Ukrainian refugee family asks for help with £200 to purchase a refurbished washing machine as the previously donated one has stopped working and is beyond repair. The family are studying English and, as they are using their limited benefits to cover other costs, have no savings, having left all their belongings in Ukraine. Please can you help them to avoid the everyday stress and high cost of managing without and continuing to work towards employment and integration into UK life?
A is a refugee who is suffering with his mental health, due to isolation and hardships he experienced during the asylum period. He received refugee status recently and has now moved into private rented accommodation. A is currently receiving Universal Credit and so has very limited funds. He is unable to make himself food, as he does not have a cooker and would greatly appreciate your generosity in enabling him to have the funds to buy himself one so he can make some homecooked meals.
