This disabled man has a spinal injury and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). He and his wife, who has a learning disability, are in receipt of a low income which includes Personal Independence Payment. They rent a small flat which is very susceptible to damp, condensation and mould spores. They need to dry their laundry indoors, but this is exacerbating his COPD. Please could you help to provide them with a condenser tumble dryer which will help to reduce the build-up of damp?
