£0 remaining for a washing machine
This young man, who has mental health issues, is currently having therapy for self harming after having a break down when his family split up. He has a flat now, but is in need of a washing machine. His mum had a twin tub, but it has broken so she cannot help him anymore. This young man does not do well around a lot of people, so going to a launderette is not an option. He has obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and constantly cleans things, however, he is on a very low income and just cannot afford to buy a replacement washing machine. Please can you help?
M, who is fifty two year of age, and whose wife sadly died suddenly in 2022, has worked all his life in a manual job. He has had a hip removed, due to chronic degeneration, and this has left him with extremely limited mobility and having to use crutches permanently. This is causing him anxiety and depression. M is on disability benefits and has no money to replace his condemned cooker. He has his very elderly parents for support, but they are not in a position to help him financially. Please could you help him? Thank you!
