£0 remaining for a washing machine
This lady and her disabled husband have two teenage children and they are struggling to make ends meet, due to their very low income. Their washing machine has broken down and it is making life very difficult, having to hand wash all of their clothes etc. Please can you help? Thank you!
P has recently moved into supported accommodation to rebuild his life after being released from prison. He has no belongings as his possessions had to be destroyed due to a severe cockroach infestation in his previous accommodation. P has very limited clothing so we are asking for support to purchase clothes and shoes.
Z lives in supported accommodation since being homeless on and off for twelve years. He only had new clothes once, as a child, and has very limited belongings due to his instability of accommodation. Z is in desperate need of some new clothes, particularly as he is taking part in training opportunities to improve his life and does not want to look scruffy or be judged. We are asking for support to purchase clothes and shoes.
D has recently been rehoused after being homeless for a year, and there is no furniture in the flat. He has three children; twins aged seventeen, and a six year old - the children see him at the weekend. D suffers from depression and his daughter suffers from scoliosis. He is currently receiving Jobseeker's Allowance and is unable to afford furniture. We are requesting support to enable D to purchase a fridge freezer for himself so he can support his children.
