£0 remaining for a vacuum cleaner
Mum is a single parent to seven children and currently has no access to public funds. She is really trying to make her home a nice home, not only for herself, but for her children. Mum's vacuum cleaner has recently broken and she can't afford another one. She would really benefit from this as it means she is able to keep on top of the household work. This could slowly help to improve the family's living conditions, feel more homely for all and increase their wellbeing.
K lives with five of her six children in a very overcrowded council house. There has been some serious water damage, due to a workman's negligence, which has left the kitchen cupboards hanging off. K is working to organise the kitchen space, but with no cupboards, this is really challenging. Having some storage solutions, boxes, baskets, drawers and a trolley, would keep items in order, improve the family's ability to keep the kitchen tidy and help K to keep on top of things.
FN is a thirty eight year old lady with four minor children who all live in a small flat. Her husband has a part-time job and they struggle to face daily life needs. Due to the condition of the flat, and the number of people living there, FN will need a washing machine with a dryer. Your contributions will help us to buy this item for the family.
This family, including children aged fourteen, nine and six, have moved into a new house, but it is unfurnished and they are in particular need of a single bed and mattress plus duvets and bedding for the family. Dad has been living here for fifteen years and his family have just joined him. The younger children attend a local primary school and the eldest is waiting for his secondary school place. Unfortunately, dad recently lost his job so they haven't got any spare money to buy what they need. Any donations from Acts 435 would really help them set up their family home.
