£0 remaining for a Debt Relief Order
P is a single adult, struggling to manage his living needs on limited benefit income. He is currently accessing money and debt advice with Kirklees Citizens Advice, who recommend a Debt Relief Order (DRO) solution to clear his problems debts. Your help with the £90 DRO fee would enable P to clear his problem debts and have a fresh start.
This young woman recently obtained a council flat and the existing floor coverings are effectively non-existent. She was made redundant before Christmas and is trying to find full-time employment, but has only currently managed to find part-time work and has a benefit claim pending. Whilst floor coverings are being supplied to her, this young woman cannot afford to have them fitted. Your help in funding this would make a huge difference to her and transform where she lives. Thank you.
V was homeless and, after a time in supported accommodation, recently gained his own council tenancy. In order to keep busy and help his mental health, he has given his time each week to help a local charity complete maintenance work for at least ten hours a week. V uses his van to allow him to do this, and also to give him freedom to get out of the house and connect with the local community. In order to continue giving something back to society, V needs £200 towards a larger bill for his van repair.
