£150 remaining for a fridge freezer
Our client is a single mum who is caring for her three year old daughter. She has fled domestic violence and is currently living in temporary accommodation until she can be rehoused. Her freezer has broken and she cannot afford to replace it, living on low level Universal Credit.
J, a single lady, survives on benefits and suffers terribly with her mental health, meaning she is often unable to leave her bedroom for days on end. When she is well, J gets to have her two children for weekends. Unfortunately, she has no bedroom furniture and this makes her feel like a terrible mum, as the children have nowhere to put their clothes. This little family need our support. As mum has nobody else to turn to, this would mean so much to them all. It took a lot for mum to approach us for help. Thank you!
V is an extremally vulnerable lady who suffered a life changing brain injury due to domestic violence, which has also left her suffering from PTSD, anxiety and depression, and she is unable to leave the house. As such, V is on a very low income. Her bedroom carpet is threadbare, and her wardrobe is so badly damaged that it is not fit for purpose. V is a lovely lady who is hoping to lead a normal life one day and strives for that every day. With our help, we are hoping for a very happy ending to V`s story.
V is on a low income and has a long term illness. She needs to replace her broken cooker and has no means of getting the extra money. V and her sister cannot afford to live separately, so they share their accommodation. They are single parents and have two small children under the age of four living in the house.
