Unfortunately, a client didn't pay his bill, which spiralled this man into debt and he lost the business and ended up on the streets. This man has been in sheltered accommodation for two years, but now has his own flat. He receives Universal Credit and, due to other items he has had to buy, cannot afford a washing machine.
