This young mother has a small child. She has just recently left the Care System after a chaotic and insecure past. She has now been given a flat but it has no white goods at all. She needs a cooker to be able to cook her and her child warm food. Because of her past, she wants her flat to be safe and secure and to make it a real home for herself and her child. She cannot afford to buy a cooker as she is on benefits. She is very anxious that she cannot care for her child without a cooker.

This young mum has recently left the Care System. She has been given a flat but it does not have any white goods in it. She is in need of a fridge freezer. She would love to cook and bake for herself and her child. She would like to cook big meals so she can freeze them in portions, saving her money. Unfortunately she cannot afford to buy a fridge freezer as she is on benefits. She has to shop nearly every day, which is expensive, to keep food and milk fresh.

This lady and her child have fled domestic violence and abuse. They have been given a new home but her cooker has broken down. She suffers from fibromyalgia osteoarthritis and a lung condition causing severe oedema and mobility issues. She is on Universal Credits and Personal Independence Payments and cannot afford to replace her cooker. She is a keen baker and not being able to cook and bake is affecting her mental health. Cooking was something positive to do in her limiting disability.

She desperately needs a tumble dryer as there is little space in her flat to air and dry clothes. She is also afraid of mould forming if she makes her flat damp, which could harm her small child. The launderette is expensive and difficult to get to. She is on benefits and cannot afford to buy one. She is very anxious as she tries hard to be a good mum and care for her child.

This man fled domestic abuse from his own father. He receives Universal Credit and the mobility part of Personal Independence Payment. He has been allocated the first ever home of his own. He has managed to source most of what he needs to furnish this home but needs a washing machine. Due to his limited mobility he cannot access a launderette. Please can you help.
