Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

This young woman recently obtained a council flat and the existing floor coverings are effectively non-existent. She was made redundant before Christmas and is trying to find full-time employment, but has only currently managed to find part-time work and has a benefit claim pending. Whilst floor coverings are being supplied to her, this young woman cannot afford to have them fitted. Your help in funding this would make a huge difference to her and transform where she lives. Thank you.

Total needed £150V was homeless and, after a time in supported accommodation, recently gained his own council tenancy. In order to keep busy and help his mental health, he has given his time each week to help a local charity complete maintenance work for at least ten hours a week. V uses his van to allow him to do this, and also to give him freedom to get out of the house and connect with the local community. In order to continue giving something back to society, V needs £200 towards a larger bill for his van repair.
