Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
J suffers with depression and a severe medical condition, which has led him to struggle with his finances. Unfortunately, several of his white goods have gone wrong recently including his fridge and he is extremely worried because his medication has to be stored in there. Any funds to go towards a new fridge for him would be most appreciated.

Total needed £150Our client, who lives with her son, has a cancer diagnosis and her medical condition leaves her on minimal income, currently unable to work and with no savings. Mum is in desperate need of support to repair the windows in her bedroom. This is a place she spends lot of time in, and the rain is coming into her room, causing her to worry that the windows will fall out. £200 would allow her to pay a carpenter to repair the windows to make them safe.

Total needed £140This very vulnerable family who we have been supporting, extended their love and home to a dying man. Many years ago, B had been on the streets and involved with drugs. This kind man, who we shall call R, helped him get off the streets and became his surrogate father. R had cancer of the oesophagus and needed care so B and his wife gave up their bedroom so he could be looked after by them. R died a week ago and they are all bereft, and are left with bills to pay for his funeral. Please can you help?
