Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

D is currently undergoing cancer treatment which is very tough and leaving her feeling very low. She is only claiming Universal Credit so is finding it difficult to make ends meet, due to the significant costs of travel to hospital and increased food costs. Her Personal Independence Payment disability benefit claim is now being assessed. D has a teenager daughter who is living with her grandmother, but often comes round. She has lived in the property for a few years, but the lounge flooring is in very poor condition. Please can you help?

Total needed £200This Ukrainian man has fallen on hard times, having just been released from an in-patient stay, due to tuberculosis (TB). He is now street homeless with nowhere to live and no means of earning money. This man needs money to travel to his medical appointments and to his immigration advisor and solicitor, who are helping to sort out his immigration status so he can work. In addition to travel, he requires food, credit for his phone to stay in touch with those supporting him, and warm clothes for the winter. Thank you.
