Mum's two children are at school and the family need financial help to pay for school bags, PE shoes and school stationery. We are asking for your assistance to buy these items for the applicant.

The family has been through a traumatic time, as W's partner has just returned home after six months in hospital, following a series of strokes. He is still very weak, but the prospect of a new baby has given him hope and motivation to get better. The family needs help to buy furniture, clothes and nappies for the baby. This lovely young lady is single parent to a little four year old boy who has just started school. The council has moved them into a completely unfurnished flat. Mum has spent all her money on uniform and second-hand furniture, and now has to use the foodbank to get by. Friends have found her a fridge-freezer, but one of them suggested she asked us for help to get a new washing machine. Mum could not believe that we would help, as the council has refused.

FK, a domestic violence survivor, is a lone parent who visits the weekly food bank to help feed her three children. Her husband walked out on her and the children several years ago, to live with another woman. The children tried to build a relationship with him, but failed with disappointment. FK's fridge freezer has broken down and she needs a replacement for food preservation. Please can you help her and bring changes to her life?

N and her five children are currently staying in temporary accommodation, following a move for their safety. Their only income is benefits and mum struggles to make ends meet. He urgently needs funding to buy food and other essentials, such as phone credit and clothing. He also needs funding to cover travel expenses to his solicitors' office. S is an asylum seeker who fled from Kurdistan in Iraq with her mother because of religious and family conflicts. Her family also wanted her to marry a cousin, a man much older than her. They live in a hotel where the food provided is inadequate, S has no recourse to funds for buying food and clothes, and her mother has been ill. Please would you help to bring change to their lives? Our client, who is an asylum seeker from Eritrea, came to London in June 2022 because it was not safe in her country. Mum, who has a daughter aged twelve months old, does not have any money as she only receives £8 a week. She needs a phone to make appointments for herself and her daughter and to use the map to find directions. Our client's phone was stolen in Tooting and she submitted a police report in June 2024, but has not been able to save to buy a phone.
