He lives in a hotel where food is provided, and receives £8.00 per week. However, the food is unsuitable for him and his doctor has recommended special food which he cannot afford to buy. M often has to walk to the hospital or to go and see his GP and he needs clothes. Life is very hard for him and he is desperate. Please would you help us to relieve him from despair and poverty?

This client has fled domestic violence with her three children. Currently, she has no means of preparing meals so a cooker would make a significant difference to the lives of this family. Mum has been looking for a cooker, but would struggle to finance it. Any donations towards one would be greatly valued.

S is an asylum seeker from India and, due to immigration conditions, he is unable to work or receive benefits. He has applied for the National Asylum Support Service support, but that could take at least a month to be processed. S has to travel to Croydon to sign with the Home Office and attend appointments, or will risk being detained. He can't afford to pay for this travel and has no income to buy food and other essentials, such as toiletries.

N, who is currently on a low income, lives with her son. She has had the same mattress for well over fifteen years and hasn't been able to afford to replace it. N suffers from multiple physical health conditions and a new mattress would make a massive positive impact on her physical health and overall mobility. Please can you help?

C is a young man who has found himself in a very difficult situation and, up until recently, was left to sleep out on the streets. He is currently staying in our Winter Night Shelter and looking to find work and a place to live. His current phone has slowly been breaking down until yesterday when it completely died. C doesn't have enough spare money to buy a phone that will help him in all the way he needs. He needs to use it to find places to rent, look for jobs and email his CVs.

G is requesting a mobile phone as he does not have one at the moment and cannot afford one. He needs immediate support, due to his limited income. A working phone is essential in today's world, due to its role in communication, access to information and services, emergency preparedness, and its ability to enhance various aspects of daily life and productivity. G needs this, not only to arrange GP appointments, but also to pay bills and arrange his daily life.

Our client has had to flee domestic abuse, along with her three children. She is trying to make a safe home for them all, but doesn’t have the funds for larger items. Having a fridge freezer would greatly help her to shop for, and store, healthy foods. Our client would be extremely grateful.
