£0 remaining for paint
We are supporting a single mum who lives with her two children, aged six and four. All the family's bedrooms really need decorating and mum has a diagnosed health condition and is already accessing weekly treatments with a view to two invasive surgeries in the near future. Mum has a lot of debt and is working on repaying the debt, so isn't in a position to buy paint.
This young, single parent has been struggling because she had to replace her daughter's buggy and has been hit by other expenses. Her own health is not good and she worries about getting around as she has no transport. Mum's household energy bills are high because she uses equipment such as a bath lift, bed lift and heated blankets, and has to purchase a lot of non prescription creams and ointment to keep her skin condition under control. Please can you help mum?
This man has moved into his first secure tenancy after many years of homelessness and instability in his living circumstances. He has been supported to get some household goods and bedding, as he had absolutely no possessions and no means to purchase these. The major outstanding item this man requires is a washing machine, as his property does not have any washing facilities. Can you please help him?
P has been in mental health hospital for a long period of time. Whilst there, his home was burgled and most of his possessions stolen. P is now home with support from the mental health and safeguarding teams as he is a vulnerable adult. Riviera Life Church has provided kitchen essentials and bedding but he has no fridge freezer which he is concerned about. He is unable to work and is dependent on benefits with no savings. Provision of a fridge freezer would greatly help his health and well being.
